Dear Esperanza Parents and Guardians,

Hello Esperanza families! This is Luisa Morales, your principal. I’m so excited to kick off this school year with you. I hope you and your families enjoyed a restful and joyful summer.

As we begin a new school year, I’m thrilled to welcome you back and continue our partnership in your child’s educational journey. Your support and engagement are vital to our school’s success, and we deeply appreciate the trust you place in us.

As we move forward together, I’d like to share a few key priorities that will shape our work this year:

• Delivering high-quality instruction that meets the diverse needs of our learners
• Enhancing curriculum and assessments to foster meaningful student growth
• Investing in professional development to strengthen teaching practices
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with families and among staff
• Celebrating achievements and embracing opportunities to learn from challenges

I’d also like to take a moment to congratulate Assistant Principal Castro on his new role as I.A. Principal of 04M224—a well-deserved achievement! We’re incredibly proud of him and wish him continued success in this exciting new chapter. We’re also thrilled to announce that Jennifer Gomez, our Magnet Site Coordinator, will be stepping into the role of Interactive Assistant Principal. Please join me in celebrating both of these exciting transitions!

I’m confident that, through our shared commitment, this will be a year of growth, achievement, and community. Let’s stay connected, support one another, and make this year unforgettable for our students.

Estimados padres y tutores de Esperanza,

¡Hola familias de Esperanza! Esta es Luisa Morales, su directora. Estoy muy emocionado de comenzar este año escolar con ustedes. Espero que ustedes y sus familias hayan disfrutado de un verano tranquilo y alegre.

Al comenzar un nuevo año escolar, estoy encantado de darle la bienvenida nuevamente y continuar nuestra asociación en el viaje educativo de su hijo. Su apoyo y compromiso son vitales para el éxito de nuestra escuela, y apreciamos profundamente la confianza que depositan en nosotros.

A medida que avanzamos juntos, me gustaría compartir algunas prioridades clave que darán forma a nuestro trabajo este año:

• Brindar instrucción de alta calidad que satisfaga las diversas necesidades de nuestros estudiantes
• Mejorar el plan de estudios y las evaluaciones para fomentar el crecimiento significativo de los estudiantes
• Invertir en desarrollo profesional para fortalecer las prácticas docentes
• Construir relaciones sólidas y colaborativas con las familias y entre el personal
• Celebrar los logros y aprovechar las oportunidades para aprender de los desafíos

También me gustaría tomarme un momento para felicitar al subdirector Castro por su nuevo papel como director de I.A. de 04M224, ¡un logro bien merecido! Estamos increíblemente orgullosos de él y le deseamos un éxito continuo en este nuevo y emocionante capítulo. También estamos encantados de anunciar que Jennifer Gómez, nuestra Coordinadora del Sitio Magnet, asumirá el papel de Subdirectora Interactiva. ¡Únase a mí para celebrar estas dos emocionantes transiciones!

Estoy seguro de que, a través de nuestro compromiso compartido, este será un año de crecimiento, logros y comunidad. Mantengámonos conectados, apoyémonos unos a otros y hagamos que este año sea inolvidable para nuestros estudiantes.
